Supervisors and team leaders are responsible for implementing safe working procedures on site, checking that equipment is used correctly and addressing hazards as they are identified. All employees have a duty to take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others, to follow safe working practices, and to report accidents, near misses and potential hazards without delay.
